Return & Refund Policy – Gardezi Store

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.

  • Certain products (e.g., personal care items, hygiene products) may not be eligible for return due to health and safety reasons.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 1–3 Working days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer (for COD orders).

Exchanges

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, we will replace it at no extra cost.
